We loved the hotel and Scagglethorpe, had 1 enjoyable day there. Twin room included a kettle, central heating and a multi-channel TV. The staff were courteous and polite and the location was stunning close to several places of interest.

Enjoyed my such wonderful stay at The retreat next time. The breakfast was gorgeous with cheese and amazing local sausages, for example, the restaurant was magnificent.

I came to Scagglethorpe for overnight stay - everything was perfect. Although some of the staff were disappointing, I had a really really nice stay. This pleasant hotel had a remote setting close to popular attractions. Lots of food options adjacent to the venue. I really enjoyed the food, it was excellent and different.

Tidy place with free breakfasts. The room was perfect & well-equipped. The staff did all they can for the best stay. We enjoyed the exceptional service. In addition, the parking was nearby.

Our stay was great value. The staff were outstanding, big bed, super breakfast. The room was bright, with English decor and WiFi, balcony and fridge for our comfort. The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a shopping area. The traditional restaurant and English bar were also available.
